• When you accept an order, you must proceed

    directly

    to the locations requested by the app

    without unnecessary delay or detour.


  • If the above is not possible, you must reject the order through the app, or contact live rider support through the app if you have already collected any items.


  • Our systems and team actively monitor for riders that are taking unnecessary detours in order to, for example, deliver an order for another app whilst on an ecoeats order. This causes a poor customer and merchant experience. If you are actively delivering an order for another app, you must reject any order offered to you through the ecoeats rider app.


  • Riders not adhering to the above requirements will not be able to continue riding with ecoeats.
