Marketer to Customer Referral Scheme T&Cs
A ‘Referrer’ is an entity registered with Ecoeats to take part in the referral scheme.
A ‘Referral’ is a new customer who orders through the Ecoeats platform.
A Referrer must explicitly register for this scheme and be accepted in order to take part in the referral scheme. A Referrer may be eligible for a bounty payment for each new Referral who orders from Ecoeats using their referral code.
Referral codes may expire or have a limited number of uses and the referrer is responsible for checking both and Ecoeats will not owe fees or offers for any referrals using expired cards or for referrals past the uses limit.
The amount paid to the Referrer is the amount advertised by Ecoeats at the time of registering to the referral scheme, and it can be subject to change at any time, in which case ecoeats will endeavour to inform the Referrer.
To be eligible for any incentive for using the referral code, a Referral must enter a valid referral code for the eligible takeaway order. Only one referral code is allowed to be used by a Referrer at any one time. Referral payments will not be granted to anyone who does not comply with these terms, or is believed to be abusing the scheme.
Ecoeats reserves the right to change the scheme fees, terms or terminate the scheme at any time, in which case, ecoeats will endeavour to inform the Referrer.
