How do you decide which rider gets an order?

Our algorithm uses a number of factors to determine which rider is offered an order, including distance from the partner restaurant. Offers will continue to be offered to riders if they are ignored or rejected and you may receive the same offer multiple times.

Repeated time outs will throttle your account and briefly prevent you from receiving any offers for a few minutes. Make sure you accept or reject order offers promptly!
