Five minutes after fully closing the app (not just switching screen), the system will stop offering you orders, regardless of your online status. If you do not wish to receive orders, you can turn your notifications off.
Please report any issues with the rider app misbehaving to our Chief Technical Officer, Stewart (firstname.lastname@example.org). Details such as screenshots or videos, device spec and operating system, details of error messages or any other information are much appreciated and help us to resolve problems quickly!
